Just give us a call and one of our knowledgable business telecommunication experts can help build a solution that meets your company's needs. We have designed business phone systems for companies across Canada. We can setup an IVR (press 1 for this, press 2 for that). We can arrange a simultaneous ring of landline, cell phone, and more. These systems can be Internet VOIP based, or for larger comapanies we can install dedicated T1 data circuits for 99.999% uptime. Whether you need a Canada wide business phone system, or a local business phone system, we have the tools to build an integrated PBX system for your business. Hosted PBX Business Phone System CanadaIn most cases, a hosted PBX system gives your business a number of strategic advantages:
On-site PBX Business Phone System CanadaFor larger business with 25 or more employees, we recommend an on-site PBX system. We typically see a much larger volume of internal employee to employee calls. It makes sense to keep the infrastructure on-site in these cases. We can design a more complicated PBX solution that contains a pair of servers to prevent a single point of failure issue. Should I replace my aging Phone System before it breaks? For older phone systems installed back in the 1990s, we have found a number of businesses still relying on these for their day-to-day operations. This is like using a water heater in your home that is way beyond its recommended life time. It's not a question of if the phone system will break, it's a question of when it will break, and how much pain your business will incur when your phone system is down. This is your opportunity to be pro-active and replace your phone system before it breaks. Not only will you save money on labour costs by avoiding evening and weekend emergency rates, you will prevent a nasty outage affecting your business. When Provinicial Tel replaces an existing phone system, we do it with ZERO downtime to the business. Your new phone system is fully tested before we go live. And when we go live, we always have a backout plan. In the event of something going wrong, we always have the ability to revert back to the orignal system. Does a new Phone System make my Business more Efficient? When implemented correctly, yes a phone system will make your business more efficient. Phone systems that have been installed many years ago are rarely in tune with your business needs of today. Plus, with the new features a new phone system provides, it is critical that the procedures you follow to deal with phone calls need to be reviewed. When Provincial Tel installs a new phone system, we ask a lot of questions. We want to know how incoming phone calls are dealt with today. If the call goes to voicemail, is there a way we can re-route that call to another party instead? These are some of the features that a new phone system can offer that will help improve the efficiency of your business. How are Phone Systems affected by Power Outages? For larger businesses with 25+ staff, a power outage can be an expensive event. You are paying your staff, but they can accomplish very little until the power returns. Usually an onsite generator, sepecially when your phone system is on-site, is required to handle these events. For smaller businesses, we recommend that the phone system NOT be on-site. That way, in the event of a power outage Provincial Tel will still receive all of the calls. As part of the installation of your phone system, we will prepare your emergency plan. One of the most common arrangement is if Provinical Tel cannot reach your desk phone, we will re-direct the call to your cell phone. This happens automatically, you do not need to contact us. When the power outage is resolved, your phone system will automatically begin receiving calls. Again, you do not need to contact us. This is part of the programming we do during the setup of your phone system to that your business will be protected from power outages.
